Sempa is not self-serve. A coach sets up a place for you and sends an invitation with a code. If you were expecting one, ask the person who invited you — codes expire after 15 minutes and can only be used once, so an old one will not work and they can send another in a few seconds.

Codes last 15 minutes and work once. If you have already paired a phone with it, or it has been sitting in your inbox since yesterday, it is spent. Ask your coach for a fresh one.

It should not: Sempa records in the background and uploads in pieces as they finish, so an interruption keeps what was already saved. If you lost audio, please tell us the recording and roughly when, because that is a bug we want.

Open the recording and tap Not you?. Sempa swaps who is who, rewrites the transcript and reads the conversation again.

The app tells you why. "Not set up for this build" means the build you are running predates notification support — update to the newest one. "Notifications are off for Sempa" means your phone is blocking them: turn them on in your phone's Settings, then try again. They also need a real phone, not a simulator.

Open About you and dispute it. The thing is greyed out, taken out of every future read, and your coach is told. You can put it back later if you change your mind.

No. Sempa never starts a recording on its own. It records only after you press the button and confirm everyone present knows, and the app shows that it is recording the whole time.
